For people on their way to work there is an incredible problem of ugliness. The space between the room where the work is achieved & the room where the reward is enjoyed is unpalatable to the eyes, arid to the nose & devastating to the imagination. An army of gardeners with the authority to plant flowers in every area of a town would profoundly enliven the journey. Gardeners could dig up & transform the concrete into pathways, which then a greater awareness of nature can be raised. An improvement of life’s quality would inevitably follow.
